Day 1 : 9/14/11 Outside in the Front Yard

As some of you may know, I just got my first DSLR. In an effort to

become a better photographer, I am will be taking a picture a day

to improve my skills. 

As for the picture below, I thought I should start with a picture of 

myself. As the sun was starting to set I found it hard to get a 

decently exposed picture. I used a relatively long shutter time (1.6s)

and ended up with a little blur around my head.
